If you want to be able to quickly create a Windows 11 Virtual Machine in Hyper-V, there is a Hyper-V Quick Create option that will take care of downloading the ISO and installing the OS for you.

Windows 10 also included Hyper-V Quick Create, but it would not automatically install the operating system for you.1
